Why do you need to register your car at the Raon Management office, I hear you ask?
It transpires that the "Bangin' Taco" restaurant has become extremely popular. It seems that people come from all over the GEC to the restaurant by car, and are parking in resident parking spaces around the restaurant, blocking the way for cars to pass through, or clogging up the entrance to Raon with their parked cars. This has led to complaints to the management office by the residents that live around the entrance.
So, in order to set some kinds of boundaries, the Raon Gate Guards have been instructed to stop each car that comes into Raon, and the drivers of the cars are being asked if they are going tot he restaurant or if they live in Raon. If they are going to the restaurants, drivers are not being granted entrance, and being asked to leave their car outside of Raon. If the drivers are resident, then they are granted access.
To make things simpler and quicker, the Raon Management Office has come up with a sticker system that instantly tells the guards if you are a resident or not. Cars with stickers are residents; cars without are guests. Guests will still be stopped at the gate, so if you have guests they can still drive in, just not if they are patrons of the restaurant.
At least, that's the theory! Let's see how long this lasts ;-)
What happens if you don't get a sticker?
You'll just be stopped regularly going in, that's all ;-)
