There are many pharmacies on Jeju island, and most are conveniently located very close to a doctor's clinic so your prescriptions can be easily filled.
They will stock some over-the-counter medicinal needs, but not necessarily what you are used to. If you regularly use an over-the-counter product at home, it is recommended you bring enough with you to last till your next trip home or to a country that might sell it. Most things here need a doctor's prescription, and it is available... just not necessarily over the counter and at will.
But don't panic! Koreans are very passionate about their health and their health care. Doctors here are very good and can take good care of you! They can and do prescribe medicines that will get you better and make you comfortable. It's just that you need to go see a doctor before you can get most medicines.

It is located on the ground floor of The Hue apartment complex, underneath the Eston Clinic, a fairly new Family Medicine, Pediatrics and Dermatology clinic. - Cold and flu remedies (e.g. Nyquill/Dayquill; Night Nurse/Day Nurse; Nasal decongestant sprays or drops; etc.)
- Sinusitis remedies (e.g. Sudafed)
- Pain killers and anti-inflammatories (e.g. Iboprufen, Aleve, Tylenol, Paracetamol, Aspirin, etc.)
- Eye drops (e.g. Optrex)
